Step 1 - Investigate
Understand the challenge, the context, and what “good” looks like.
What we do
We start with on-site investigation, conversations with your team, and identification of the parameters that must be measured. Together we define success criteria so everyone knows what “good” looks like. If later findings suggest gaps, we return to investigation to refine understanding before moving forward.
Outcome: Clear definition of the problem and agreed objectives.
Step 2 - Test & Measure
Deliberate, disciplined measurement to capture reality faithfully.
What we do
We select appropriate instrumentation, control conditions for accuracy and repeatability, and capture measurement data that truly reflects system behaviour. These measured results underpin analysis, model updates, and design decisions, and they set the benchmark for final validation in Step 5. The same engineer who performs the measurements also conducts the analysis, ensuring continuity and precise interpretation.
Outcome: Reliable, traceable measurement data that informs design and defines the verification standard.
Step 3 - Analyse
Turn measured data into actionable engineering insight.
What we do
We pinpoint root causes of vibration, noise, or failure; confirm system behaviour against expectations; and refine simulations and analytical models so they match the measured results from Step 2. Because the engineer who captured the data also analyses it, every testing nuance is carried forward - no detail is lost.
Outcome: Precise, evidence-based understanding of the problem, grounded in measurement.
Step 4 - Design
Engineer a robust, practical solution validated before implementation.
What we do
We engineer for performance, compliance, and durability; validate the solution in simulation; and keep it grounded in measured data and analysis to ensure real-world reliability.
Outcome: Fully engineered design, ready for implementation.
Step 5 - Support
Prove performance in operation and support the solution in service.
What we do
We implement and verify the solution on-site, test against the original success criteria, and make rapid adjustments if required. This provides definitive proof that the problem has been solved - with ongoing support available.
Outcome: Proven solution, confirmed by final testing, with ongoing support as needed. and
